5. Cooling pads
Cooling pad,also known as water curtain or wet curtain, is a honeycomb structure produced by processing raw paper. The production process roughly includes sizing, drying, pressing corrugated, shaping, gluing, curing, slicing, grinding, and deodorization. Its cooling principle is to use the unsaturated nature of air and the heat absorption of water evaporation to achieve cooling.

Greenhouse And Poultry House Equipment 7090 Honeycomb Cooling Pad
Characteristics:
1. It is made from special paper with honeycomb structure. There are two types of wave heights: 5mm and 7mm, and the corrugation is 45° × 45° Interweaving. Adopt new-generation polymers and space crosslink technology for high water absorption,high water proof, mildew-resistance and long service life.
2. The evaporation area is bigger than the surface, with cooling efficiency above 80%.
3. This product contains no surface active agents, absorbing water naturally, diffusing at high speed, with lasting effectiveness. A drop of water is completely diffused within 4-5seconds, which is exceed the national specification standards. The height of natural water absorption is 60~70mm/5min; 200mm/hour, which is fully up to international
industrial standards.
The longitudinal way of cooling-fan ventilation is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature of chicken house in summer.Advantages: Hygroscopicity, Dry solution, Non-porous surfaces.

1. Main feed line system (Silo or Manpower Hopper)
By this system, chicken feed can be conveyed from the silo or manpower hopper into each feeding line in your chicken farms.
There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.
Feeding capacity: 1400KG / h, Maximum feeding length:60m.
Radius of bending pipe: R1500 (inclinable angle: 30 degrees).

Feed level Sensor: Import from Germany IFM.
| Feed tower standards The feed tower is a bulk feed storage device set at the edge of the chicken house. If it is higher than the chicken house, feed can be put into the chicken house feed bin by gravitational force. If it is lower than or level with the chicken house, feed can be transported to the chicken house through a screw conveyor device. One feed tower is configured for every 2 to 4 chicken houses. Each feed tower needs to build a concrete base of 3.2×3.2 square meters and 20 cm thick. The feed tower is made of stainless steel. The recommended size is: diameter 3.1 meters, height 6 meters, conical at the top and bottom, with a capacity of about 10 tons, and adjusted proportionally according to the breeding scale. There are one or two discharge ports. Feed is transported to the chicken house through an iron screw conveyor with a diameter of 60 mm (special-shaped flat spring, screw conveyor equipment). The conveying pipe is a PVC pipe, and each screw conveyor is equipped with a 1.1 kw motor. |
2. Pan feed line system
Convey the feed in the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the meat chickens and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve automatic feeding.
Pan feed system consists of:
Special driving reduction motor, V-shape hopper, Feed pipe with South Africa Auger,
Suspension lifting device, Anti-perching device, Germany IFM Feed Sensor.
| Feed line standards The feed line refers to a screw conveyor type conveying equipment that runs longitudinally through the chicken house. According to the different widths of the chicken house, different numbers of feed lines are set. For example, a chicken house with a width of 12 meters is equipped with three feed lines, a chicken house with a width of 18 meters is equipped with four feed lines, and a chicken house with a width of 20 meters is equipped with five feed lines. The length is the same as the length of the chicken house. The outer pipe of the feed line is a PVC pipe, and there is an iron screw conveyor with a diameter of 36 mm inside. According to the length of the chicken house, the motor power is 0.75 kw or 1.1 kw. Each feed line pipe is originally 4 meters long. A discharge port is drilled every 80 centimeters, facing downward, with a diameter of about 2.5 centimeters. That is, each feed line pipe has five discharge ports. Each discharge port is connected to a feed line clip, which is a PVC pipe with a length of 6 to 7 centimeters. A feed bucket is connected under the discharge port. The feed bucket is fixed on the feed line with 14-gauge iron wire. As the age of the chickens increases, the height of the feed line is adjusted appropriately. |
