Detailed parameters

1. Main feed line system (Silo or Manpower Hopper)

By this system, chicken feed can be conveyed from the silo or manpower hopper into each feeding line  in your chicken farms.
There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.
Feeding capacity: 1400KG / h, Maximum feeding length:60m.
Radius of bending pipe: R1500 (inclinable angle: 30 degrees).
Main feed line auger: Import from South Africa
Feed level Sensor: Import form Germany IFM.


2. Pan feed line system
Convey the feed in the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the meat chickens and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve automatic feeding.
Pan feed system consists of:
Special driving reduction motor, V-shape hopper, Feed pipe with South Africa Auger,
Suspension lifting device, Anti-perching device, Germany IFM Feed Sensor.

3. Nipple drinking line system
Provide clean and fresh water to broiler chicken steadily, the water will be out when birds touch nipples.
Our nipple's rod can be movable in 360 degrees, easy to drink.
We have many types of nipple drinking system inlcuding:
Plasson type drinking system,
Lubing type drinking system,
Big Herdsman type nippledrinking system.
This system will deliver water to each drip cup steady.


4. Automatic Ventilation System
This system Controls climate conditions, fresh air, humidity and temperature in poultry shed.
It is vital for growing birds. Including air inlets and ventilation fan.

5. Cooling pads
The longitudinal way of cooling-fan ventilation is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature of chicken house in summer.
Advantages: Hygroscopicity, Dry solution, Non-porous surfaces.

6. Environment control system
This system saves labors and resources under the condition of assuring a optimum growth environment for poultry chickens.
Environment controller along with temperature is imported from Agrologic in Israel, which can set an optimum working mode according to the local climate and raising environment.

7.Heating system (Heaters)
Function: Warm poultry shed to satisfy the temperature demand of baby chicks or whole chicken house.
