Product Description

Main feeding system is a complete set of automatic feeding system, included a material conveying pipe, silo, auger, drive motor and a material level sensor. Main Feed line is mainly used to deliver feed from silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which can control the drive motor on and off to realize automatically feeding.

Silo:

1. The Body of storage feed silo

Include the wall plate, column, manhole, roof ladders and so on.

(1) The wall plate of feed silo;
Our steel is hot galvanized, which makes it durable and weather resistant. Our advanced bolts with spherical washer and the resisting-worn rubber are used to ensure the tightness and using period.

(2) Column of Flat bottom chicken feed silos;
The column, made by the Z-bar, is used to reinforce the silo body. It is connected by junction panels.

(3) Manhole and Roof Ladders of chicken feed silos;
There are inspection door and ladders inside and outside the chicken feed silos body. It is convenient and accessible for any maintenance work.

2. Roof of feed storage steel silos

Chicken feed silos roof is made up of radiated beam, roof cover board, tension ring, ventilator scoop, roof cap, etc.
